The strength of SENES is a direct reflection of the extensive knowledge and experience of our staff. SENES is comprised of approximately 90 employees, 70 of whom are professional engineers, scientists and planners. The remainder provide technical support in the areas of graphics, computer systems, word processing, accounting and administration.

The technical backgrounds of the professional staff include various engineering disciplines, physical and natural sciences, mathematics, statistics, computer sciences as well as geography and planning.

A diverse group of individuals, approximately one half of SENES's staff are women, over half hold post-graduate degrees and ten hold doctoral degrees.
